The Dakota Project is a master planned development on raw land near or adjacent to the Battle Mountain Airport. Land available for development includes multiple parcels totaling approximately 12,000 acres. The parcels include over 900 acres adjacent to the airport, over 400 acres adjacent to transcontinental rail lines and over 400 acres nestled in a US Highway 80 off ramp.

This area should be the economic hub of NE Nevada. The topography, the weather and the fact that there is a tremendous amount of gold here, all contribute to that fact. Misshandling of developement in the past, has kept new business and industry out, but the time has come. Let's go for it!
